JOAN helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent to work with and highly knowledgeable

If you're looking for an agent with real integrity, guts, and experience, Joan is your person. My husband and I had set a goal of closing on a house in a short timeframe of just a few months when a mutual friend recommended her to us. Our budget was low and time was short, but Joan was more than up to the task. She arranged and attended numerous home viewings with us every week and was very generous with her time and expertise. We were never pressured to look at homes above what we could afford, and in fact, Joan would often remark on ways that we could renovate certain features of a home at low cost--something we had told her we were interested in. When putting in offers, Joan took extra time to make sure we understood all the proposed terms and conditions, and helped us put our best foot forward as first time home buyers. In the end, she helped us purchase a great home within our price range, and I would recommend her to anyone!
