Joan helped the reviewer sell this property

Joan was extremely helpful, very friendly, and had an eye for what needed to enhance the property.

Joan is a very caring and considerate personal individual. Was willing to not only make suggestions, but bring items such as paints, brushes cleaning materials, and contact workmen to get done what was needed to get the property looking good and spuffy, and most importantly ....to pass inspection. Joan has a wealth of knowledge and has a world of contacts of work men and specialists. Lastly, you find out she'll end up becoming your friend for life.
