Joan was very knowledgeable and patient with helping my daughter and son-in-law purchase their first home. She would walk them thru each step of the process, and explain everything very simply, so it was easy to understand. If something was not quite clear, she would stop and patiently review it again. She kept us on track with time schedules for when things needed to be done, and paperwork signed. Her response time was surprisingly quick, and much appreciated with the many questions and concerns we would have going thru this process. Joan is quite the professional, and experienced person anyone would like to have on their side if purchasing their first home or their next home.
