Joan was always there when I needed support. Her help and advice were invaluable. She explained each step when there was a change in procedure. We had been in our home a very long time and needed her advice on how to make it saleable. She was more than a realtor, she was a friend and I very much appreciated her! I'd use her again if we had the opportunity.

Joan was very helpful with scheduling visits, as well as helping us close with a unique seller who had some unforeseen circumstances.

Joan is an absolute delight to work with. She is very friendly and very professional. Joan showed us many homes over a 3 year period of time. She was patient and diligent. When we finally found our home she was right there with us from the beginning to the end. We received top dollar for the sale of our home and are happily living in the new home we found through Joan. We give her our highest recommendation!

Very insightful. Presentation material very professional. Communication skills very solid. Would recommend her and Howard Hanna for the sale of your next home.

Joan, made a normally very complicated, stressful purchase into a easy, painless and relaxing experience and really changed the house purchasing experience for us into a time we will never forget. Joan helped from start to finish and her knowledge of the process and constant communication was first class.
