Joan Conlisk was heads above all of the other realtors we have previously worked with in the North Shore Chicago area. She was professional and great to work with. She has extensive marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, staging expertise, and local market knowledge. She offered creative approaches to market our home as part of a well developed plan. We appreciated her "home owner" advice from start to finish on the process.
