Her father, who served in the United States Military, now continues to run his own construction company. Joan has seen peoples’ dreams come true right before her eyes and strives to continue making that happen. Joan’s husband, Stephen, is Active in the United States Military as a National Guard Recruiter. Her passion is helping all military families fulfill their dream of home ownership or selling their home quickly for top dollar. In 2006, Joan purchased her first home. Since then, her and her husband have successfully maintained this home as an investment property. As a busy mom, herself, she understands the importance of family time and balance. Prior to launching her real estate career, Joan’s professional experiences include over six years in the mortgage industry and two years in Commercial Real Estate.
