Joan Caton

Just 5 stars cannot describe the way that I feel about Joan Caton!!! First a little history; I met Joan through a referral back in 2012. Right from our very first conversation I knew that "she was the one" She treated me like a member of her own family. Back then the market was just making its recovery... and I was on the hunt!!! We looked at soooo many houses, and unfortunately we were ALWAYS out-bidded, but Joan stayed positive and super encouraging. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to put my house hunting on hold for about 4 years. However, Joan and I always kept in touch, exchanging Happy Holidays, Happy Birthdays and all that jazz. Then, just earlier this year I began searching again, so it only seemed right to call Joan, she was so helpful and available at all times. She never pushed me off on anyone else or never took forever to get back to me, I repeat she was always available!!!! That is so important to me! I would recommend Joan Caton to anyone looking for a home. She's patient, diligent and very personable. She is definitely one of a kind for this industry. Sorry, I digressed....So earlier this year Joan and I started working together again. On a cold Saturday morning in late January we had our list of 7 houses to look at, but half way through our search I totally found what I was looking for and to make a longer story short--- The rest is history; And I can happily and proudly say that as of April 2017 I am a first time home owner, in a great neighborhood, with great schools and I could NOT have done it without the great person that helped me....JOAN CATON!!! I can go on and on about her, but I have to get back to work to pay for that great house that I mentioned above :)
