Selling my home when I was not nearby was a difficult and somewhat nerve-racking decision. Joan Burnett made ensured I never regretted the decision. She kept me informed on the status of my home; any offers that came in; educated me on the process; and most importantly, was available at any time to answer my questions and respond to my concerns. My home sold in a matter of days, with an offer that was much higher than the posted amount. I would definitely reach out to Joan Burnett for my future purchases and/or sales of a home.
