Don't go with cheaper realtors that promise you everything. We did and lost precious time. Joan is a professional and caring person who listens to her customers. With Joan at the helm, we had three offers on the house. When we didn't like the offer, she said, "You have to be comfortable!" " If you are not comfortable, don't go with it!" By the way, the cheaper realtor with the key in the lockbox, didn't care when the front door to the house was left wide open. My caring neighbor called me to tell me and the realtor never called me or my neighbor after messages were left. Joan always had the key and showed the house with the other realtors and prospective clients. I felt happy knowing that my house was secure.
