Joan is professional and knowledgeable about all of the properties. We felt very comfortable with Joan and knew she had are concerns and needs front and center! She is a very personable individual and easy to talk with. She treated us as though we were her only client, although we knew she was very busy. Joan helped me understand the ins and outs of home buying and contract paperwork. We consider her a friend!
