Joan is extremely professional, insightful, and very well organized. We just closed on our home and did majority of it all being in another state. She made the process very smooth sailing. She always responded about immediately when we had any questions and was very honest about the process. She was clear on expectations with timeline. I find it very difficult to be believe and suspect there are other agents that are trying to write bad reviews on Joan. There is no way she has been in the business this long, came highly recommended from another military family, and has continued to be highly reputable for her work and integrity!!
