Joan helped the reviewer buy this property

Joan was attentive, full of energy and looked out for our best interests

Joan helped us find a needle in the haystack at a very difficult time in the market for buyers. Her situational assessments were always spot on and helped keep us focused on finding the right home. Even after the sale, she walked us through the inspections and appraisal process so we have full confidence everything was being done right.
