Jo's willingness to go above and beyond might have been the linchpin of the entire deal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, persistent while remaining extremely pleasant, attentive, just an all around pleasure. She always responded quickly, and she made herself easily available when the inevitable questions and concerns came rolling in. In addition to being gregarious, she was encyclopedic in her knowledge of the local market, and market procedures. We can't say enough positive things about Jo.
