Extremely Helpful and Hard Working

I have sold several homes and never had a realtor as knowledgeable and helpful as Jo Carol. She worked with me throughout the process... deciding what improvements would bring the best price, checking on the work progress when I was out of town, recommending the best time to sell and price to ask, negotiating the offers. She was quick to respond to questions I had along the way, always with excellent advice. We sold the house in a little over a week. I was completely impressed!
