About Jo Ann

We are a husband and wife team who were born and raised in the Augusta area. Real Estate is not just a business to us, it's a passion. We believe in service before, during, and after the sale. Since you get two agents for the price of one, we are always available to help you and your family with any questions or concerns. We strive to make the home buying, selling, and moving process less stressful and more enjoyable. We would love to put our 26 years of Real Estate experience to work for you. Chris has been licensed REALTOR since 1995 and has experience in all types of real estate transactions and knows the local market in depth. Jo Ann, in addition to being a REALTOR has over 17 years of experience as a paralegal. Our unique background of both real estate knowledge and legal background allows us to provide you with a smooth transaction from start to finish whether you are buying or selling. Giving back to our community is important to the both of us and we donate to the Children's Miracle Network which donates directly to our local Children's Hospital. In addition to real estate, we enjoy spending time with our daughters, kayaking, and spending time at the beach.
