Joann was very receptive and professional in regard to viewing perspective homes and I the end we were able to purchase a beautiful home that I picked out during the process. The home was purchased under a VA loan. Joann is very familiar with the Va loan process and was able to guide me through the process. I highly recommend Joann to perspective buyers especially when it involves a Va loan.

Visiting from out of state and only available to look at houses for a couple of days, we weren't sure how seriously a real estate agent would take us. We were SO lucky to have found Jo Ann! She had a schedule prepared so that we could make the most of our time and focused only on houses within our preferences. We found our new home the first day! Jo Ann was great. We asked a lot of her in a short amount of time and she delivered. We were only in town for a week and she had everything lined up for us to view. Once we found the perfect home, she helped us out along the arduous process of getting the loan, inspections, and communications with the sellers. Even after escrow closed, she still continued to be helpful and a a great resource for us moving forward.

We found JoAnn when we first started looking at houses, and are SO thankful that we did! We are first time homebuyers, so we were not very knowledgeable about the process. She was such a tremendous help through the whole thing, and was very respectful of us and our price range. We never felt pressured to buy or increase our price range. The house we purchased will serve as a starter home, so we will be looking her up again in a few years! I would recommend her 10/10 times.
