Jo Ann is very detail oriented. She worked diligently on the complex details of our easements impacting our home to prepare it for sale. I regret agreeing to her being a dual agent - in the end, as I feared, there were concerns with her not prioritizing our needs over the buyers. But again, she was dogged! All told, she did a great job selling our home.
