She has an office in Livermore and Pleasanton and I would recommend her if you are considering the sale, purchase of a luxury property or vacation home, relocation, or downsizing. This past month I moved from a single family home in Livermore to a retirement community. I am a single women in my 70’s who has never sold a home by myself. From my initial meeting with Jo Ann and her team I was informed with every detail and from signing the real estate contract to making sure the house and garage was clean for the new owners her services along with her team made the experience relatively easy. All my concerns and questions were taken care of. My house was listed on a Saturday and the buyers saw the house on the listing day and I received a contract from them on the second day of the listing. There were 4 additional offers within 4 days. Joanne is the VERY best realtor anywhere. My husband and I have lived in many states throughout the U.S. and have used the services of many brokers. Jo Anne Luisi was just wonderful. I would not recommend Jo Anne. She was our agent for our relocation sale and at a times it was felt she sided with the buyers and their agent with whom she happened to work with. Joanne also went to whatever spouse she could get her answer out of it versus the one who contacted her. Not professional.
