About Jo Ann

Dedication, communication and compassion for helping people is an important attribute in life as well as business. I am JoAnn Hughes and I strive to make every transaction an experience that merges my ability to serve the customers needs with my experience as a real estate professional. My experience as a co-owner and operator of successful real estate company is augmented with my dedication and career of 42 years as a Registered Nurse. My daughter and team member, Jessica brings her experience and vast knowledge of technical skills and up to date real estate techniques. I also can rely and tap into my husbands knowledge as experienced and Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Our current marketing area is locally known as Crystal Beach on Bolivar Peninsula as well as Beaumont, Texas and surrounding areas. Our experience in sales and rentals of Vacation Beach Home has taught us one important factor when marketing these types of properties "Water is Magic". I have experience in marketing Single family houses as well as commercial and light industrial properties. We love and enjoy our time at the beach and we realize that owning a beach home has a way of bringing our family and friends close. Love of our family is life's greatest blessing.
