Exceptional͏ Real Estate Agent - Amy Campbell of Sunriver Realty We contacted Amy Campbell from a cabana on the beach in Maui to help us find a home in Sunriver under the time pressure of doing a 1031 Exchange. We did not know Amy prior but she’s family now!! We talked to her about three properties we found online. She advised us on the pros and cons of each one so we could make an informed decision. Amy is amazing! She was on top of things from start to finish and made things easy for us as out-of-town buyers. She understood exactly what features were important to us in a home. Once the right house was identified, she pulled everything together, helping negotiate the price and quickly finalizing the sale. After closing she has continued to be helpful in a myriad of ways, including identifying helpers to make changes and arranging for yard maintenance prior to move-in. She is pleasant and professional.
