JJ Kennemer

I originally wanted to purchase a condo or townhouse in early 2018. I met with JJ so we could go over the things I wanted and couldn't live without in my home. She took me to look a few places, but nothing really worked out. We came to the decision that looking toward the end of the year would be a better idea. Fast forward a few months and my search completely changed. I wanted to buy a house with certain criteria. JJ was more than happy to change our parameters and met me to look at several houses. When we finally found the house we loved, JJ took the reigns and made the whole offer and purchase process a breeze. JJ is so knowledgeable about what to look for in a home and was able to point out features that I honestly hadn't noticed between the different houses. She has a list of professionals to help with the process if you don't know where to start... a fantastic home inspector, for example. Honestly, I know buying a house can be a frustrating experience and I've heard horror stories about other realtors who have really messed things up. I am so lucky to have JJ as my realtor. She's professional, well informed, and extremely pleasant to be around. She answers questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend JJ to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
