Jinjur was amazing! She had a clear knowledge of the area and even beyond the area we were looking at. She helped us over a 6 month period to find the right vacation home for us. We were buying from long distance and she sent videos, made appointments with us on short notice when we could make the trip AND was in constant contact with us. She gave us the advice we needed to help us negotiate a fair price. Jinjur kept us up on N.C. Realestate laws so we went into closing with confidence.
