My wife and I had a great experience, working with Jin, in buying our first townhome and primary residence in Ashburn, VA. We just closed this month and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. We moved into town from NY, so we weren't as familiar with the area. Jin was able to navigate us through various areas in Ashburn and helped us pinpoint where the best value would be based on our search criteria. My wife and I's biggest "want" was getting an end-unit. The unit that met all of our criteria, which we really wanted, was under contract. Luckily, a couple days later, that deal fell through and Jin let us know right away. What did we do? We put it under contract! One thing that stood out about Jin was her responsiveness. We had numerous exchanges via email, text, calls. It didn't matter what day of the week or time it was - she always seemed to respond within an hour. On a Friday evening, I texted her a question, which I noted can wait till Monday, but she went out of her way to get a response from the developer and texted me back the same evening! Jin always made time to show up at our viewings, walkthroughs, closing, and helped address any questions that we had. I can tell that she's a really busy agent, but she almost made it appear as if we were her only clients. We wouldn't think twice about working with Jin again in selling/buying our next home! As a side note, Jin is the listing agent for one of the largest new-build developers in the U.S. They're a sophisticated, publicly traded company, so they wouldn't use anyone that's not a rock star agent. It's a no-brainer to have an agent of this caliber represent you when buying or selling your home!
