I think it's extremely important to work with a real estate agent who truly has good understanding and knowledge of your home market. Jin is one of a kind who I have been looking forward to working with! I sold two houses in the past and worked with several agents. None of them were like Jin, I was never explained on house selling process as Jin did. Jin came in with a detailed house selling plan and marketing strategy and every step of house selling process was fully explained. Jin was also readily available when I needed him. I am a busy working mom and working outside of normal business hours. He offered me zoom meetings at my convenience and was available via email and text.
