Where do I begin? My experience having Jimmy as my realtor was extraordinary! I was in the process of buying an investment house for mom to live in. She was living in a mobile home where they raised the lot rent to the point where she couldn't afford it. Jimmy took on this task knowing this wasn't going to be a sizable commission and helped me anyway. He deals in high end real estate, I know this. I was grateful to receive his services. The first house we found was good, but the seller backed out one week before closing! I had to find my poor mom a place to live. Jimmy acted fast and found the perfect house for us just two days later. The same day, the contract was executed, and my worries diminished. There are no words to describe how grateful I am that he was able to get things moving so fast. My mom was already packed and ready to move. Just two weeks later, I closed on our new home. It's because of Jimmy that my mom will live the rest of her life in a nice house. He is very special and resourceful, anyone who uses him as their realtor will be in good hands. Kind, efficient, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable about the market, flexible and professional.... Jimmy IS THE MAN!!!
Jimmy was amazing! During this crazy pandemic I was afraid of both the selling and purchasing of properties. I wasn't sure how this would be achieved at this time and I was also on a very short time frame to accomplish both tasks. Not only is he very cheerful, polite and extremely thorough, he made himself available as I was in and out of town, and on a moment's notice, he arranged his schedule to accomodate me! He was very sensitive in looking out for specific needs and He walked me through every step of the way very patiently, through the whole procedure. I have had realators in the past who either put me off for days for showing places and I have had downright rude ones who complained when things didnt go according to their schedule.I would highly reccomend Jimmy to anyone who is either looking to sell or buy.. i couldn't have asked for a better fit. Relocating from out-of-state was scarey UNTIL my family met Jimmy. From the first phone call, we were at ease.
