A fantastic home buying experience!
Jimmy was extremely quick in getting us in front of some amazing homes and we never spent a moment waiting for the next walk through. The final home we visited, we ended up offering and moving forward with purchasing in under a week. Jimmy guided us through the entire inspection, appraisal, and underwriting process and helped us get some fantastic deductions through negations with the seller. He is a very knowledgeable and professional individual who made the entire process a smooth and bearable experience.
