This review is probably long overdue, but I’ll start off by saying Jimmy is by far the best realtor we have encountered. We first worked with Jimmy four years ago when we relocated back to our hometown. We were so impressed with him versus past realtors, that we referred him to close family members (who were also impressed) and we just recently bought and sold a home with him again a couple months ago. Jimmy has so many qualities that are important to us as buyers/sellers highlighted by his outstanding communication and responsiveness. He also made each experience enjoyable and is always friendly, professional, and fun to work with. He is incredibly reliable and knowledgable, and we definitely felt like he always had our best interest in mind. Jimmy was the best resource I could possibly have asked for. Long-haul moves are not for the faint of heart, but Jimmy made it so much easier. He was friendly and responsive from our very first call, and I was comfortable with him immediately. I came into town for a weekend to see as many homes as possible, and Jimmy made himself 100% available to me while I was here in person. He listened to every single opinion I had about every single house (and he managed to squeeze in a LOT of showings). And so when I fell in love with a house I didn’t get to see in person, I felt extremely confident buying it sight unseen, because I was certain Jimmy knew what I was looking for. Once our offer was accepted, Jimmy stayed in constant contact with me and was exceptionally helpful through inspections and re-inspections. I never felt out of the loop even though I was halfway across the country while it was all happening. I’m indescribably grateful for his work.

Jimmy took me from a simple lunch over New Mexican food about possibly buying a home to my very own set of keys to a new home in less than a year. In today’s day and age with the affordability of this administration, I was skeptical about affording a home and being approved for one after being denied by so many. Jimmy was terrific from the start of the building process; he stayed on top of the builder and helped us have a crystal clear understanding of the process. When the major milestones were reached, Jimmy was first to let us know and even beat the builder many times. Upon completion of the new construction, Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure we had a proper inspection other than the builder provided one so we had peace of mind moving into our new home.
