I had the fortunate luck of finding a fantastic realtor named Jimmy Martin, through Zillow. Jimmy was extremely helpful in our home search. We had planned to relocate to an entirely new state, and Jimmy gave us much insight and helpful tips on the surrounding areas and desirable neighborhoods within our price range. He was open, honest, and extremely straight forward, providing us with exceptional feedback in a knowledgeable and polite manner. We never felt pressured or pressed for time, as Jimmy was flexible, and provided us with several search options. Even in the event of our multiple home inspections, Jimmy reassured us the work would get done correctly, and we always felt like we had his support every step of the way. He provided reinforcement when we became frustrated with the process, and really laid everything out in simple terms. Best of all Mr. Martin is a long-time resident of the area, and he was familiar with so many different communities, what each area offered, and was very considerate towards our lifestyle needs. If we ever decide to sell our current home, I would want to work with Jimmy Martin again to find our next property. He has some amazing contacts in different industries, and his reference list is impeccable.
