We could not have been more pleased with Jimmy and our overall housebuying experience. We started our home search over a year ago, and Jimmy came fully prepared with a portfolio of the neighborhood, listings we wanted to visit and other relevant information. He is a wealth of knowledge and his experience shows. We went through several houses over a long period of time before we finally found the perfect house for us. Through this, Jimmy was extremely patient and we never felt any pressure, only someone who would be with us until we found what’s right. Once we did land on the perfect house, Jimmy was fully transparent and guided us through the negotiation process. What’s great about Jimmy, is he fully explains why he will take a certain position when negotiating and made us feel very comfortable with the price we ended up offering. Once we bid on the house, it took a few months to officially close as it was new construction. But during this time, as we were excited and wanted to visit the house on a few occasions to show family and take measurements, Jimmy willingly took us for these visits out of his own time. There was no obligation for Jimmy to do this, but he really stays with his clients until the very end. The closing went so smoothly, and we are thrilled with the purchase. We fully recommend Jimmy for all his knowledge, experience and dedication to his clients. We could have not asked for more from our agent!
