Purchase completed! Quickly and for the right price!
We purchased a townhome, sight unseen, with Jimmy and team's help. We got a virtual tour and could relate it to some other townhomes we had seen in person. Our pricing strategy was right on the money, which was especially important because we were in a multi-party bidding war. Even still, we felt that we paid exactly what the property is worth. The transaction closed smoothly and on time!
