Selling your home and buying another one is a huge experience. We had never sold a house before where we needed to coordinate our move with the purchase of a new home. It was a blessing to have Jimmy and his team to help us navigate getting our stuff out, with having a place to move it to, and all the details that go into that. We made offers on four different homes during the process and Jimmy met us on short notice most of the time to show us houses across multiple counties. I appreciated having someone I had known for a long time to work with that I felt like I could trust. Don't forget about that Lowes account! When you buy with Crye-Leike they provide you with a nice discount with a Lowes Pro Account. That saved us a few bucks.
We listed about the same time that rates started to rise and the market started to slow down. We were on the market for a long time, but Jimmy had us online everywhere, on the front page of the home buyer magazines, and in nationwide publications. We may still be listed if not for all the exposure that Jimmy helped us get. During that time, we also drug Jimmy all over to look at properties in Wayne, Lewis, Lawrence, Giles, Marshall, and Bedford counties. He was incredibly accommodating in our wide search for a new home, and made arrangements to show us places quickly. Jimmy was very responsive, easy to reach, and always available whenever we reached out.
It was very easy to schedule appointment times and we had plenty of time to view homes. Jimmy always had important details about the homes and the services available in the homes area. The closing date was also convenient and the process was well explained. Beverly was also very helpful and a joy to work with as well.
Jimmy took time and explained every step of the process we went through, was patience with hard of hearing parent. He made sure every step of the process was understood giving time for my parents to ask questions if they had any. He was very knowledgeable and near the end of the sale probably went beyond to complete the sale.
We were extremely happy with our home purchase through Jimmy. He kept us informed at every step, and answered all of our questions. His knowledge of the real estate field and all of the technicalities involved was an immense help. Our purchase moved through closing in less than a month!
