Jimmy made buying our first home very easy! It was a seller’s market at the time of purchase... We put in an offer on one home but missed it. The next home was setup as a bid situation with the seller reviewing all offers after 7 days of being on the market. Jimmy told us exactly what it would take to get the contract. He even offered additional tips to make sure we would get it. We took his advice & got the dream home we wanted for our family. He did an excellent job negotiating our home repairs from the inspection. From start to finish he walked us through the entire process making it easy.
