Jimmy Aron

We moved to CO and had been given Jimmy's name (as a great local CO realtor) by my NJ realtor. After meeting him I have to agree! He knows his market! He emailed me only the houses/condos that matched our criteria and did not waste my time with homes that were "out of my price range" or not "what we were looking for". He was quick to get our home for us! The condo he sent us came on the market late one night, he was at the condo's Open House with us the next morning (first one's there!) He walked through the condo with us pointing out important details about the home, and giving great advice. Jimmy then advised us on a "perfect bid" for the condo and had our bid to the seller that afternoon! We won the bid at the price Jimmy recommended (outbid the 5 other bids) and found out we won early the next morning! Jimmy knew how competitive our market was and came through for us! We had Title issues with the seller and he resolved each one usually the same day! I drove him crazy with questions! He responded immediately to my concerns with indepth, and professional responses. Main thing he is an honest and good man who really cares about his clients and other people. He has been very involved locally (for decades!) with a local charity to help children at risk. I can't recommend him enough.
