We’ve traveled to Hilton Head Island for many years. We first contact Jim about 7 years ago to look at properties. We would reach out to Jim many times throughout that time. He’d take us to look at properties during many of our visits but the time was never right. In January, 2024 we reached out to Jim again. This time we decided the time was right for us and we were more determined to find the right property in the right location. We made an offer, it was accepted and now we have the right property at the right time for us. Jim was always patient, professional and never disenchanted throughout that time.
