Here's a long overdue review for Jim Weygandt and why I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Jim Weygandt. I got to know Jim through a friend in January 2016 when I was in the process of closing my new house and undecided if I should sell my condo or rent-out. When Jim stopped by in January , he recommended that renting would be more beneficial with pros and cons then selling my house. **Jim is knowledgeable** The process started right away in January although I knew I wont be ready to move till April/May 2016. He took some pictures and started publicity to market my condo. My recommendation to all reader here is to be PATIENCE as the process takes time. **Jim is selective* Surely, he found me a tenant and they are real nice couple. They pay their rent on-time monthly and my old neighbors love them. SIDE NOTE: Jim is always helpful when something breaks down. Text him and he will connect you with someone. Great realtor!
