Jim was incredibly helpful from start to finish with this entire process. We were clueless about what it takes to look into properties and purchase one, but Jim was always open and willing to answer any questions we had and schedule quick calls to discuss anything we were confused about. After his decades of experience he was very knowledgable, but still relatable. Jim was a delight to work with and incredibly supportive, communicative, and generous with his time and efforts throughout the entire process. He eventually helped us secure our home, but before that made sure we understood every step of the process before entering into it. We greatly appreciate his non-pushy advice and genuine support and encouragement throughout. 11/10 would recommend!
