Jim was VERY knowledgeable and helpful in our home buying experience! He helped us with every little bit that we needed help on. He stuck with us for a few months while searching for the perfect home for us and he always kept us updated on even the slightest changes. He looked out for our best interest and made sure we knew of anything that could be problematic in the future. You can tell he is extremely genuine and does a fantastic job at what he does. Jim was very helpful with immediate response to our need for a realtor. He listed our condo in Florida and it sold in 3 days for more than we asked. We were out of town when the closing was scheduled so it was all done via emails. He led us through that process with patience and helpful suggestions.
