Jim was such a great guy from the start, very reassuring, he tells you what he believes needs to be done to ensure that the house purchase is successful. He definitely has great communication skills and is persistent in pushing the offer through to the other party to get the results you want. I would definitely use Jim for my next purchase or sale. The man has a great spirit and makes his best effort to get you to where you want to be. I would be lying if I said I had any negative thing to say about Jim.

I hope you will weight my review with a high degree of importance. Here was our experimence with Jim. We flew in from another country to dive into ATL and hope to see properties and potentially purchase one. We didn't know where to start because we had no networks. We had 2-3 agents on our list that we were thinking about contacting. The first (not Jim) gave us a few answers to our many questions but also shared some uncertainty with his responses. So we called Jim, next. First he carved out time in the middle of his meetings to fit us into his day. When we chatted with Jim, we peppered him with a series of questions. To each of these questions he shared his deep experience, knowledge and opinions based on his years of work. He's and investor too and that massive. You need someone who has stake in the game. He had rich knowledge of areas with and outside of ATL and considerations for each one. That was it, we were off the to races. It was clear to us the Jim had the knowledge and experience to help us. But here is the cherry on top...Where we are from, we are used to agents to suck your blood, I mean they rush to make the sale and move on. This was the complete opposite with Jim. He went exactly at our pace. If we felt we wanted to pick things up a bit, he kept up. And when we needed to slow down and cross the t's and dot the I's he helped us through it. This was an experience we have never had before with an agent, perhaps anyone for that matter. Jim professionalism, but also the fact that he is a family man has a deep impact and impression on us who are very very similar minded. He really took care of us, more so (here is the second cherry on top, yes 2 now) when we travelled back home, north of the border. He was happy to chat with us on the phone with ease, video calls if needed and the best part was his ability and ease to go out to properties and record a virtual walk through with commentary.
