Choosing Jim as my realtor was the best decision I could have made in the process of selling my home. It was an anxious time for me as I was downsizing and not really ready to leave, but Jim made the whole process as easy and stress free as it could have possibly been. He is a real "hand holder"; took care of all the details, including upgrading, staging, painting and repairs for my home at minimal or no inconvenience to me. He is very trustworthy and I felt completely comfortable letting him handle all the details, including full access to my home. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough, without reservation. If the need arose I would absolutely use his services again.
