Jim was great to work with! His recommendations during price negotiating was right on the money. I was very pleased with how quick he was to respond to all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Champaign area.

This was me and my wife's first time buying a home, we were ignored by 3 other realtors before Jim. We didn't know what we were doing wrong. To be fair we had a decent sized list of requests and maybe not the greatest of budgets, so we started losing hope. We happened to call Jim about one house that we later decided didn't fit our needs. Once more we lost hope, but Jim kept at it. He showed us multiple houses and while we couldn't be there in person (coming from out of state) he did full video walkthroughs making sure to note everything he thought would be a problem and everything he thought was a nice addition. His knowledge and efforts really helped me and my wife feel more confident in our decision. At times I was astonished with his initiative. My lender would ask for a slew of things (such as termite inspection) when I asked Jim he was already half way through it. If I had gone with any other realtor I doubt I would've been care for in the same way, and I truly appreciate that.

Our experience with Jim was excellent. He went the extra mile for us in every step of the process in purchasing our home. He has a very nice, engaging personality, which was comforting to us. It showed us that he was not only confident in the sales marketing of homes, but well educated and up-to-date with the market as well. Jim was eager to work for us and with us. He worked closely with our lending agent as well, which helped with everything leading right up to our closing transaction to go smoothly too. We would highly recommend Jim to others, and we have already. In our opinion, Jim deserves a gold star.
