Jim performed excellent customer service in finding my first house, at first when I was dealing with different other realtors I became frustrated due to not having the right home loan for me. After talking and meeting with Jim through work he had already thought of multiple different options for me to get the best home loan for my situation. After looking for a few months, Jim was able to find me the perfect house that was under budget. Jim made my first house purchase go very smoothly in the entire process.
