I have known Jim for many years, and he has helped my wife, my sister, my son, my father, my niece, my nephew, a close family friend, and myself with various real estate transactions. And on more than one occasion, we were competing against other buyers to purchase a home. Due to his advice, I seriously doubt our family/friends would have been able to acquire the property if Jim had not been leading the effort. And whether buying or selling, Jim's real estate experience kept us at the ease, even when we ran into the inevitable "hiccups" that come with this type of transaction.
