I wish I could rate Jim more than 5 stars because he exceeded my expectations with absolutely everything. He was energetic, prompt, and savy with the negotiating. He valued my opinion and was never pushy. And he knew absolutely everything about real estate! I must have asked Jim hundreds of questions throughout my home buying process and I never stumped him. Not once! I had the utmost confidence in Jim every step of the way. If you’re not persuaded by my review then you must set up a meeting with him! Words can only do so much to describe Jim’s prowess in real estate.

Jim helped us purchase our first home. Throughout the process, which lasted about three months, Jim was always available and ready with answers. Even when we had to coordinate with him remotely from a different timezone. He laid out facts for our interpretation and offered astute opinions when asked. He provided useful recommendations on home inspections, mortgage providers and insurance providers. His negotiation points were very useful but could be a bit more aggressive. We are very happy that Jim was by our side throughout our home purchase and will definitely go back to him the next time we are looking to purchase a home!

My husband and I knew nothing about the home buying process when we started our search, so having Jim to answer our questions was extremely helpful. Jim was always very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. On our first real day of house hunting, Jim showed us NINE properties we wanted to see. He helped us find our new home, and we would happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jim has been fantastic to work with, I initially made contact with him to look at a listing in Spring of 2017 and then had to put off the search for a house for over a year. It's now August of 2018 and I just closed on my new condo and I'm excited to move in. Jim was always quick to respond, pointed out things wrong with the properties I looked at that I didn't even notice, and never pressured me to buy. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Seattle area.

It's obvious Jim is passionate about his work. He never pressured me for anything instead always seeming to present different perspectives to help me decide when I needed to make a decision.
