I would absolutely recommend Jim to sell or help buy your next home. He was exceptional at his response time. He listens, asks great questions to clarify to make sure we are all on the same page. He does great research and is very thorough at his job. I like his attention to details and flexibility to trust his clients, while advocating for their best interest. His team is great and do an excellent job. I would use him again in the future.
