Jim was great to work with. He was one of the few realtors who took the COVID-19 precautions seriously. He worked with both the seller and us to make everything smooth and easy. The seller had to have some flexibility in the timing, so we made an offer with a contingency on them finding a new place. Jim kept everything on track and everyone informed throughout the process.

He was always professional and informative in all areas including: home warranty, 1031 Exchange, HOA, home inspections, and even the termite inspection. This review is long overdue, but Mr. Jim Onaga is one amazing realtor! I came across him by complete chance, and I have to say that I am overjoyed that I did. Jim was incredibly patient with me and took me to see rental properties numerous times. I think I met with him three different days before we finally found our home that we are still in! I cannot say enough nice things about Jim Onaga--he truly is passionate about what he does, and there is no way we would have been able to move to Orange County without his guidance, advice, and expertise. Thank you Jim for everything you've done for Taylor and me! We appreciate more than you know and we will use your services for as long as you are in business. :)

Simply stated, Jim is a remarkable realtor! Jim is professional, courteous, accommodating, and thorough. My fiancé and I found Jim to help us find a home to rent in Orange County. From our first interaction with him, Jim was helpful and polite. He listened to what our preferences were and very quickly sent us many listings to review. Jim met with us multiple weekends in a row, and even a weekday or two in between to show us properties. Not once did we ever feel rushed or like we we wasting Jim's time. Jim helped us submit applications and diligently followed up on their status with the property managers. Jim was patient with us as we continued to search after not being selected for the first couple of properties we submitted applications for. Once we were approved for a rental, Jim negotiated on our behalf for a later move in date to better meet our timeline. Jim was present at our move in inspection, and even picked up the keys for us from the property manager.
