We have used Jim for all our real estate needs. Jim sold us our first home in 2009, he sold us commercial property in 2011, he listed and sold our first home in 2016 and he just sold us our new home in 2017. Jim works for his buyers and sellers. Jim had a contract on our home the day we put it on the market. On our recent purchase, Jim showed us several houses before we found the right one. He was willing to work around our schedule to show us houses and he tried to make sure we were able to look at houses as soon as the my were on the market. I would recommend Jim for all real estate needs.
