My wife and I had been looking for the perfect home with Jim Minor for a very long time ( almost 3 years). Yet Jim was patient and extremely helpful in showing us many homes. Jim is not your typical realtor. He not only knows the ins and outs of the realtor business, but he has a deep knowledge of houses in general. He can point out a problem in a house where other realtors are clueless. In addition, his knowledge on the area, like when a certain neighborhood was built or by which developer is uncanny. I really believe Jim is the best realtor in the area. I have used other realtors before, and they are only interested in the commission. Not Jim. He is different.
