I met Jim in 2002 when I wanted to buy my first home. Although we were unable to come to terms at the time, I remembered his outstanding service. I tend to be a loyal person, and 15 years later when I wanted to sell the same house, I went back to him. We sold the house very easily and with a large profit. He even helped me pack and move.
