"Every realtor will tell you they are the best, fastest, sell the most homes etc." and there are so many to chose from. So how do you know if they are truly capable of coming through on these promises? In our case, we were interviewing what would be our third realtor after our home was listed for over 12 months in a crowded...now overcrowded home market. I am sharing my decision making criteria and my experience with Jim and Tami McDonald: 1. They found me - when my previous listing expired, they reached out to ask for our listing. 2. Follow through - all meetings were kept and information was clear. 3.
