Incredible agent !

We have used Jim McCowan for the purchase and sale of a property, plus a rental transaction. To say that he is the most responsive, and knowledgeable agent is a total understatement ! He communicates regularly, knows the sales and rental market extremely well, and knows how to price properties and negotiate extremely well. As an owner that lives a distance from the recent property that was sold, a number of things had to be attended to in the unit, and Jim was there for each an every time a repairman or painter had to come. That is extraordinary, and beyond what most agents would do. He is also an extremely warm person, and a pleasure to not only do business with, but to know.
